Walnut Parlor Scope Jerrold Beall

This new polyangular, mechanically interesting, walnut, parlor scope will display mandalas from 4 to 10 points.  It has hand made lamp work with filled ampules. It can be completely dis-assembled  without tools which allows the object case to be accessed and the interior changed at any time.  It has a lens in the eyepiece and a crank to turn the object case.  It can be turned and elevated and locked in any position on its base.

It is one of a pair of sophisticated scopes that may be the last that I will build, having reached an unexpectedly old age.
