The Brewster Kaleidoscope Society Expo has been held every year since 1989 except for 2008, 2009 and due to COVID-19 2020 & 2021. We have traveled to 18 states as well as Japan. The board is pleased to announce that for the 32nd Brewster Kaleidoscope Society Expo we are returning to Scottsdale Arizona.

Pricing for the 2024 convention has been set $355 but register early and use the discount code Early Bird for a $35 discount for each Expo ticket.
- The showroom will be open to the public on Saturday, June 15, from 9am-4pm and on Sunday, June 16, from 1pm-4pm. The cost is $5 for each adult, children with an adult and students with school IDs are free. You also will be able to register for any class with openings at the sales room table. Take home a kaleidoscope that you made or purchase one from an artist in the showroom.
- Become a member! You can become a member quickly by completing a membership form and paying dues for 1 year. You will have access to the entire BKS website and will be able to purchase tickets to attend the entire Expo, June 13-16, and register for a class.
If you are not a member of the Brewster Kaleidoscope Society, you have two options for attending the 2024 Expo at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas.

BKS Convention Cancellation Policies:
Registration, Class, Table, Banquet, Flyer and all other Fees connected with registration: Full Refund less $50 cancellation fee per registration if canceled by May 1, 2024. No refunds for cancellations after May 1, 2024 or for no-shows. Processing fees will not be refunded. No refunds on membership fees. Special circumstances may be considered by registrar upon written request at the time of cancellation if after the deadline. Refunds will be paid following the close of the convention by July 15, 2024 or sooner. To cancel a registration please send an email to convention@brewstersociety.com
