The 2026 Annual Brewster Kaleidoscope Society Convention be held at the Wyndham Downtown Rochester.
Important! Please be sure to make your hotel reservations via this link. BKS must guarantee 160 room nights to qualify for preferred pricing for the meeting rooms and banquet service that we use during the Expo. Unless you make reservations through this link, your room nights do not count against the minimum room nights needed to qualify. This allows us to keep the registration fees as low as possible. Also, the free parking is only for folks who staying at the hotel and reserve there room via the BKS link below.
The hotel room rates are $130 plus tax. There is no added resort fee. The $5 per day fee for Parking (Limited Spaces) in two adjacent parking garages is waved for BKS members who register via the link below. The free parking is only available to those who reserve a room at the hotel by May 18th to get the free parking.
No deposit on the room is required when you make your room reservation.
