The Brewster Kaleidoscope Society Expo has been held every year since 1989 except for 2008, 2009 and due to COVID-19 2020 & 2021. We have traveled to 19 states as well as Japan. The board is pleased to announce that for the 35th Brewster Kaleidoscope Society Expo we will be in Rochester, New York. .
Pricing for the 2026 convention has not been set Early Bird for a $35 discount for each Expo ticket. We are looking at possibly planning a day trip to the Corning Museum of Glass and/or Niagara Falls

- The showroom will be open to the public on Saturday, June 20th, from 9am-4pm and on Sunday, June 21st, from 1pm-4pm. The cost is $5 for each adult, children with an adult and students with school IDs are free. Non-members also will be able to register for any class ($25 non-member upcharge applies) with openings at the sales room table. Take home a kaleidoscope that you made or purchase one from an artist in the showroom.
- Become a member! You can become a member quickly by completing a membership form and paying dues for 1 or 2 years. You will have access to the entire BKS website and will be able to purchase tickets to attend the entire Expo, June 18th – 21st, and register for a class at list price. And receive a 10% discount purchases in the sales room.
If you are not a member of the Brewster Kaleidoscope Society, you have two options for attending the 2026 Expo at the Rochester Downtown Wyndham.

Travel to Rochester by Train
You would arrive at the Louise M. Slaughter Station. Located north of downtown right off of the Inner Loop, the Rochester station is one of the busiest Amtrak stops in the state. The new intermodal station opened in October 2017, the result of nearly 15 years of visioning and planning by stakeholders including the city, residents, New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), Amtrak, CSXT, the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority.

There are three steps to registrations for the 2026 Expo. First reserve your room at the Wyndham, be sure to use the link on the “Hotel” page to get the BKS special pricing. Next, purchase your Expo ticket. You can do that by pushing the register button on the bottom of this page. Then, once you complete the registration process you can purchase classes or extra banquet tickets.

BKS Convention Cancellation Policies:
Registration, Class, Table, Banquet, Flyer, Ads and all other Fees connected with registration: Full Refund less $50 cancellation fee per registration if canceled by May 1, 2026. No refunds for cancellations after May 1, 2026 or for no-shows. Processing fees will not be refunded. No refunds on membership fees. Special circumstances may be considered by registrar upon written request at the time of cancellation if after the deadline. Refunds will be paid following the close of the convention by July 15, 2026 or sooner. To cancel a registration please send an email to convention@brewstersociety.com
