The 2025 Annual Brewster Kaleidoscope Society Convention be held at the Downtown DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha, Nebraska. Blocks from downtown Omaha’s Old Market.
Off Highway 6 and I-480, our downtown hotel is a half-mile from Omaha’s Old Market. We’re within five minutes of CHI Health Center and Charles Schwab Field Omaha, with a free shuttle to/from Eppley Airfield – also covering a four-mile radius. Enjoy their heated indoor pool, fitness center, and a warm DoubleTree Chocolate Chip Cookie at check-in.
Important! Please be sure to make your hotel reservations via this link. BKS must guarantee 250 room nights to qualify for preferred pricing for the meeting rooms and banquet service that we use during the Expo. Unless you make reservations through this link, your room nights do not count against the minimum room nights needed to qualify. This allows us to keep the registration fees as low as possible.
The hotel room rates are $134 plus 18% tax. There is no added resort fee. If anyone wants to add breakfast the $18 buffet breakfast can be added for $10 each day. The $10 per day fee for Parking in two adjacent parking garages is waved for BKS members who register via the link below.
No deposit on the room is required when you make your room reservation.
To change the default dates of Wednesday, June 4th thru Monday, June 9th click the link below, then on the hotel’s page, click the “Book a Room” button, then click the “Edit Stay” link (near the top on the right), click the dates, you will get a calendar, click your preferred arrival date, then your departure date.
