I live in rural Saskatchewan, Canada. Some form of art has always been a part of my life and since 2012, I have been exploring acrylic painting. However, after discovering the world of kaleidoscopes in early 2019, I have quickly fallen passionate for them as a medium. I attended my first BKS Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona where I enjoyed meeting and learning from some very talented kaleidoscope artists and have been busy pushing to further educate myself through research and experimentation. I am pleased that my entry "Colesium" in the Annual Saskatchewan Winter Festival Art Show in Jan 2020 won an award and has further inspired me to continue with kaleidoscope building. I am excited to create artwork that has an immersive visual effect and can make one forget about the discord around us and focus on the beauty that is in front of our eyes.
