The BKS Salesroom is a place created for the purpose of Artists displaying and selling kaleidoscopes and kaleidoscope related items and is open to all BKS artists with current membership.

Hours of Sales Room:
Thursday: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm wholesale (two 90 minute sessions)
Friday: 1:00 pm to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday: Noon to 4:00 PM

BKS will provide draped display tables (30”X 96”), 2 chairs, and electricity for all tables.
Artists will provide their own lights, extension cords, power strips and display materials.

Assignment of tables within showroom is at BKS discretion, and will be published in the Expo pack.

Division of retail sales is as follows: Artist percentage is 65% and BKS is 35%.

Artists will exhibit their work in a professional manner for the duration of open salesroom.

All retail sales will be made through BKS salesroom. BKS will be responsible for collecting and reporting paying any sales tax and will pay any credit card fees. BKS will provide all bags, bubble wrap, and any other materials for completing sales at the Expo.

BKS reserves the right to reproduce images of exhibited work for use on BKS website or for other publicity purposes.

We are advertising extensively to invite the public to our salesroom to see the amazing kaleidoscopes that our artists are creating, and to enhance the sales for our artists, we are requiring that artists and their work remain until the Expo is over Sunday at 4:00 pm. Any artist packing or leaving early will not be invited to participate in the salesroom in 2023.

BKS will enforce all rules in order to preserve the highest level of integrity and success of the BKS salesroom.

Exhibitors are not required to staff their tables during all of the salesroom hours. BKS may be able to provide volunteers when needed. With prior notification we will attempt to find a volunteer to staff your table.
